CARLA GEBHART FOR CK

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

Civiles’ supermodel Carla Gebhart keeps scoring for her international career. Her last great strike was the exclusive Calvin Klein’s fashion show at NYC Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, which took place on September 15.

The collection was one of the most sexy and sophisticated, inspired in the concept of romantic eroticism – but in a soft and delicate way – and the celebration of female beauty.

Designer Francisco Costa took a more feminine and soft pathway than usual. Featuring lace, soft pastels and shapely silhouettes, the CK woman embraces modest hemlines with a plunging neck for the new season. Despite the change in direction, Costa still kept true to the minimal aesthetic that made Calvin Klein worldwide famous. Less is more, we got it.

ANALÍA BORGHETTI AT GIESSO

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

Another Civiles’ super model, Analía Borghetti, who worked together with Nacho Ricci – photographer in charge of the summer 2012 campaign – for Giesso.

The casting was complete with Eduardo Braun, a Brazilian model Civiles’ special booking, who has come for the second campaign in a row to work with one of the smartest labels in Argentina.

Giesso’s new collection is inspired in Menorca’s atmosphere, its universe of hues and textures, multiple whites, naturals and blues. Simple and smooth lines, subtle balance between simple and sophisticated, with no place for ostentation. Variety of textures, acid colors flashes, mix of cottons and silks. A bit of everything, a lot of mix, pure sensation.

DIOR BY DAVID LYNCH

Wednesday, December 1st, 2010

The words “Dior” & “Lynch” together almost talk by themselves, and the outcome is “Lady Blue Shanghai.” Before the saga of the first shortfilms directed by the absolute genius of film for the absolute genius of fashion together with the most beautiful Marion Cotillard is available, we give you the three videos that are part of this first ad charged with Lynch’s featured surrealism and Dior’s impeccable elegance. Although this time there are no Civiles around, the material is so wonderful that we wanted to share it anyway.
